struggles to start dieting
i want to start dieting and getting in shape but im kinda in a odd situation, im broke and work overnights at mcdonald's so im usually getting food from there during my shift and i've thought abt bringing meal preps but more often than not i don't get a break bc we are understaffed (im usually scarfing down food when its finally not busy). i also struggle a lot with cravings and impulsive contro which just makes my snacking during my shift even worse. advice would be appreciated i know a lot of this is stuff i need to work on myself
