how can i be more attractive?

Hi. I am seriously wondering how can I be more attractive? I am about to be 30. I get a lot that I look super young. Attaching different photos… I dont even know what haircut/style suits me best :/

Hey! We're a group of [3] friends who've been gaming together for years and are looking for a DM to run a campaign/oneshot for us (5e and we're also hoping to find a permeant DM and friend...).

Our vibe: We take the game seriously enough to engage with the story, build real characters, and respect the DM's calls....but we're here to have fun and be a little stupid, actually, a lot stupid. Goofy backstories, rule-of-cool moments preferred, dark humor in-character, dumb plans that somehow work. We're adults, not easily triggered, and we want this to be our weekly/bi-weekly escape from the hardship of life in general... and we're all gay as hell, if that matters LOL (2 guys 1 girl)

What we're NOT: murder hobos (unless we play a one shot one time where thats like the plot for fun, lol that'd be funny), rules lawyers, edgelords, or people who'll fight you on every ruling. Your word is law at the table we just want a DM who'll let us have fun from time to time.

What we're looking for: Someone who runs a tight enough game to keep the story moving, but isn't precious about it. Comedy/Stupidness welcome. Real stakes welcome.

Times: Weekends preferred, actual time slots would need to be discussed but roughly.... ~5PM EST - 10PM EST, within that range (no longer than 11PM EST preferred). We'd like the sessions to last 3-4 hours MAX ONCE a week OR bi-weekly... as much as we'd love to play all day and as much as we wanted, we sadly have jobs and other obligations and such.

Misc info on us: We've played a few campaigns but we're still very new and not super familiar with rules and stuff... so please be patient as well. Patience is huge, I'd say. Also, 2 of us have a lot to work to do on our RP skills but we're really trying. VTT preferred. We've only ever used Foundry but we're not opposed to learn to use another!

Past characters we've had for a bit of an example of how ridiculous we can be:
- Three goblin brothers named Toe, Punch, and Spit (their backstories were.....something...one of them collected a jar of toes)
- A bard who refused to sing because singing killed his grandma
and those are our 'tamer' examples....LOL, so take that as you will.
