Hi everyone, I’m a former York University student dealing with a sudden loss of citizenship/status in my home country, which may leave me effectively stateless. I’m trying to find a good immigration/refugee lawyer or legal clinic in Toronto with experience in complex asylum or statelessness cases.

If anyone has recommendations or has dealt with something similar, I’d really appreciate the help. Thank you.

Hey everyone, I’m currently in the B155 three-year Business Administration program at George Brown, including work experience. I’m hoping to transfer to either TMU or York University to finish a bachelor’s degree as quickly as possible.

Has anyone done this before? I’m wondering if I can complete two years at George Brown, skip the work experience, and transfer straight into TMU or York, or if I need to finish the full three-year program first. Also, would switching programs at George Brown make the transfer easier?

Any advice or who I could talk to would be appreciated.
