Has anyone tried both types of playpens/play yards and if so, do you have a preference? I much prefer the aesthetic of the wooden ones, but I’m thinking the fabric may be more practical since it folds up easier. We have a small home and I know either option will take up a lot of space in our main living space. Would love any and all reviews!

Trying to decide between these two pack n plays from Graco. They are on the same Amazon listing (confusing) but the black & cream is the Day2Dream and the other is the Dome Lux. [must not have enough karma to add pics to this post so below are the links.]

I was pretty set on the Dome Lux because it’s a bit cheaper and I love the color and look of it. However, I really like the fact that the bassinet attachment on the Day2Dream can stand up off the ground. I don’t plan on using the bassinet attachment in place of a bedside bassinet, but I could see us bringing this to our parents a lot and I like the idea of it being off the floor and away from dog hair lol. I’ve looked at videos on TikTok but I don’t think the dome shaped bassinet stands higher than ground level. Does anyone have that one and can you confirm?

Open to general thoughts on the usefulness of the bassinet attachment as well since I’m a FTM. Also, if I get one of these - can I use sheets or waterproof covers? Or does that make it unsafe?
