How can I get my friend to pay me back?

Two months back, I (18F) was visiting my friend (18F) out of town. I brought my laptop with me to do schoolwork while I was there as this was somewhere around Midterm-ish. Long story short, while we were playing some Roblox, she accidentally knocked soda all over my keyboard making it unusable.

She was super apologetic and immediately offered to pay me back for it. I wasn’t mad because I understand accidents can happen and it’s not like it would’ve been productive either.

We worked out an agreement for her to pay me back at least $500 out of the $1500 to replace it. I was even open to adjusting the price for her if necessary as I didn’t want to put too much financial burden on her. I even suggested an idea that she could pay me back slowly overtime with no interest. I’m only mentioning this to highlight the amount of leniency I was offering her in the first place.

It’s been almost 2 months now, and she hasn’t paid me back a cent. She also recently just moved back to our hometown, and has been flaking on a lot of the plans we make. It’s getting frustrating because she’s flexing going on vacation on her ig notes when she’s putting my schooling at risk. Specially since I feel as if I’ve been more than reasonable enough already.

I even have proof of her offering to pay me back and agreeing to our terms. I’m not sure how legally binding texts and verbal agreements are but I need to find a way before the end of June.

EDITED: Spelling and grammar mistakes

TLDR: Friend offered to compensate me for accidentally breaking my laptop, still hasn’t two months later. Is there any way I’d be able to get her to pay me back?
