I've noticed this gap in between the fork and the frame since I received the bike two weeks ago, and I'm now asking if it's normal or not.

I've also noticed today, after cleaning the bike, that there is a 2nm (second photo) writing but no screw; can anyone confirm there should be one?

Bike is an ultimate.
