Been regurgitating this stuff for a few months randomly

Age:

23

Sex:

Female

Weight: 230lb

Medications:

Symbicort inhaler (started taking this after this issue started though, for unrelated asthma reasons)

Yasmin contraceptive

Escitalopram 10mg antidepressant

So, my fiancé calls me crazy for this, but basically a few months ago he made me a sandwich, I took a few bites and realised the ham tasted disgusting and slimy, I threw away the sandwich and at home saw it was about 5 days out of date. I kept tasting the yucky ham in my mouth for weeks (my fiancé said I was being silly though)

Anyway, since then I keep regurgitating these white weird things that taste foul and smell like shit. Actually I just had a root canal yesterday and the smell of the infected nerve being removed smelled the same, but I don't think they're related.

What the hell are these? Do I need to go to a doctor's for it or anything? I was wondering if it was linked to antibiotic use and not long before I had a weird bone fragment loose in my arm (yeah not even the doctors really understood that one) and the bloods showed inflammatory markers so I was on antibiotics for a while then.

Or is it because I've gained weight and am fat? Although I'm thinking it's more bacterial because of the smell? Unless my weight can affect digestion or something?

(Oh finger looks sparkly because I was wearing a glitter dress last night lol)

Horrible pain in UR3 canine 2 weeks post filling

I am a 23F, non smoker but used to use cannabis and occasionally vape/smoke if on a night out clubbing (last time over a year now though), I have asthma which I take Symbicort for and am on Yasmin oral contraceptives.

On the 22nd of April I had 2 fillings done privately as I've not been with an NHS dentist for a while, these cost me £320 and were on UL6 and UR3. UL6 healed mostly ok, it got cracked but was repaired for free.

UR3 was extremely deep. The dentist said the filling was right on top of the nerve but she thought she caught it in time to avoid a root canal. It was mostly okay other than light tapping made it sore, that is until Thursday (7 May). On Thursday I had some mild neural pain radiating from the tooth out, it wasn't excruciating pain, but strong enough to notice. The dentist took additional X rays and said that at the time there wasn't evidence of infection and to just keep an eye on it, she'd see me again in 4 weeks if things stayed the same or sooner if they got worse.

Well it's Saturday the 9th now and things have got worse. I sometimes get really sharp hits of pain in the tooth, and there's also this constant deep and dull pain that feels like there's a heartbeat in it after I've had a nap? Ice water really helps but only quickly. Ibuprofen and paracetamol combined only take the edge off, and talking makes it worse, any touch even from lips makes it hurt.

What do I do. Emergency appointment? Wait until Monday to be seen (dentist not open over weekend)?, or wait until Wednesday so I can be seen by the same dentist.

I'm really scared of needing a root canal cos my mum got trigeminal neuralgia after one :(
