Hello, writing cause I'm confused and feeling lost. I recently had a very bad breakup, everything is in my name and we agreed to have the internet transferred to them (my now ex). They have said that they have done it and set it up but let the last payment go past due. I ending up paying for their internet so that it would not incur more fees under my name.

The first call to Rogers I authorized it and they said that my ex just needed to call them.

The second call they were back and forth, saying that she needs to call into a "it's handled and done". They also said that cancelling is no longer an option?

Third call they say I have no services under my name...

I have seen that my ex has some internet set up through rogers now, idk if they ended up transferring it cause I saw a fee for the "new activation".

Wondering if anyone has any insight, if I'm in the okay, if I should call again and again until they cancel it? It's very confusing.
