If an MBBS doctor marries a BAMS doctor who plans to open/manage a hospital, what are the medico-legal implications for the MBBS spouse if they work there or are associated with the setup?

In states where BAMS doctors are allowed limited allopathic practice/crosspathy, how is liability handled practically? Could the MBBS spouse face issues if the BAMS doctor independently practices allopathy beyond permitted scope?
