One of our current roommates is graduating and we need someone to sign a lease or the rest of us get shuffled into random apartments.

We have one cat but she will stay out of your room and stuff if you want her to, currently have 2 male and 1 female staying for next year. We are open to either.

Current rent signs for $529 and if you sign asap you could get a month of free rent.

There is a bus system that runs every 20 minutes and free parking at the apartment as well as an on-site gym and pool.
