Code expires today, was waiting for someone to post another one so I could get $20 off but no one did so up for grabs 😂

We bought some small land that had an old abandoned trailer on it. I don’t really understand much of building / fixing a home, so I’m asking for advice. My husband says this mold is dead and that it isn’t going to spread & that there is no leaking inside the house so it will be alright.
I’ve seen people on TikTok that have had mold problems and they say it causes headaches sickness and a lot of other things. I’m scared if they don’t change out the whole entire thing to new it may cause problems furthest down the line once we are living there :/

Picture 1 & 2 is the a wall in the closet of the room at one end of the trailer. Picture 3 & 4 are pictures of the ceiling in the same room with the closet. Picture 5 is the ceiling in a bathroom right next to the same room. This is the only mold (idk know if it is that) in the house that I could really see. The other 2 rooms and bathroom are fine & the whole floor has been replaced.

What should I do about this ? Should I demand my husband change every wall? We’re being money conscious on this as we don’t have much money but I’m just scared this will cause a pricer problem later on. Am I overthinking it ? Any suggestions or ideas on what to do next or how to go on about this is appreciated thank you!

I want to fill this cart with stuff for my SIL baby shower. What do you recommend i fill it with ? What would make it look cuter ?

I’m thinking of doing one section of things for her so like

Middle row (for her): manual breast pump, breastfeeding pads, breast massager, maybe some pjs ?
What else do you recommend for this row ? Maybe some tea for milk production? What is something you wanted for yourself pp

Bottom row so far I have; baby bodywash/shampoo, toy cleaner spray, some burp cloths, a bottle brush & some teething drops.
What else should I add to this row ?

Top row I was going to put a mini LL bean tote to match the one she has but it’s backordered so scratch that :/ what should I put on the top row ?

I also have a couple of outfits that idk if too fold or try to hang with some hangers.

How do you suggest I arrange it? What can I add to make it cuter more customized? Or what else can I add to it ? Thanks in advance! Any suggestions and recommendations appreciated !

Also this is her 3rd and last baby ! It’s a girl after 2 boys !
