Hello everyone, how likely am I to get into social work program with the following:

- 3.8 GPA at Sac state with 3 semesters. (transfer GPA really low like 2.5)

- 5 years of working in human services

- Bilingual in Spanish

- 120 hrs of community service

- experience working with socially and economically disadvantaged groups of people

- work experience as a team leader for Walmart for 3yrs

- 3 reference letters ( 2 professors and 1 from a supervisor)

I have seen the social work rating instruction sheet. I’m just wondering what is the cutoff points for it? Like if the maximum is 37 points what’s the minimum points?

Hello everyone, as graduation approaches. I beg you all to PLEASE be careful with scammers that are claiming to sell graduation tickets when in reality it’s a scam. My advice: meet in person, somewhere safe on campus such as the police safety station at the union, and ensure the tickets are real and sent &payment is sent before leaving. There’s sooooooooo many scammers that prey on students with graduation tickets, CONCERT tickets, “free laptops”, etc. if it’s too good to be true, probably isn’t. Be careful!!! Also scammers are going to say “can’t met I’m too busy lol but I promise I’m real” they say this to everyone. If they can’t meet, don’t buy.
