10K, 45W, retractable cord

I heard a lot of good things about this charger as I intended to use it for traveling, but I wasn’t impressed w its charging capabilities.

When my cell was below 15 % I charged it to about 90%.

Afterwards, the power bank was left at only 40%. I thought it would have a lot more charges left in it.

Is there a better one out there under $75.00 ?
