Should i go for full camo with the cerapis or just leave the rest in olive?

Hey I am currently painting my first helldrake and am going to put it on the deadlyprint fire base.

How am I supposed to fill the hole that that leaves on the bottom?

Is there an stl or sum to print maybe or just greenstuff?
