I bought a Roku brand tv last month and everything worked okay but starting a couple of weeks ago when I go to use my Firestick it says no signal yet when I check the connection on my smart tv it says it’s excellent. This is happening with our tv downstairs too. It has a fire stick as well. One fire stick is a month old and the one downstairs is about a year old.
I returned the Roku tv thinking it was that and hooked up my old tv that I never had issues with. The problem remains. Things I’ve tried to fix this issue:
-I bought a new HDMI cord but that did not fix things.
-I’ve tried to switch inputs and that didn’t fix it. -I’ve left all devices unplugged all day and plugged them back in.
-I’ve reset my router.
When I unplug the cords and plug them back in Amazon works. When I leave the app and turn the tv off it goes back to not working. I’m at a total loss as what is causing the issue and I would like to avoid dealing with Xfinify if it’s not an issue with internet or cable.
We do not have an issue with cable tv or using internet on our phone. I’m going to be buying a new tv but hoping to resolve this issue. I’m so frustrated and at a total loss here. Any help would be appreciated.
