I was wondering if there’s a way to file your claims through the website instead of having to call? I know it sounds weird, but I have ptsd triggers with taking or making phone calls due to a previous job, and lately my depression and other health issues have been acting up to the point of calling out. I really would like to not lose my job, so any help would be appreciated! Please no negative comments either I’m already having a hard enough time 😅
