Hello im still pretransition and i dont really know when im going to start for personal reasons but whats killing me is my hairline not regrowing as much as i want it to on finasteride.

I've been off and on finasteride but now im almost a year without stopping back on it but it seems i will never have enough hair to ever be feminine. My crown is pretty full but my temples are very receded and the finasteride is only helping so much, will hrt be much more of a difference than finasteride?
