Earlier today, my dad called my mental health check up an "exorcism" and has just before said that "showers don't take that long" and that I've got two minutes to get out of the bathroom. Thank God I managed to just get into my clothes sopping wet, otherwise I'm not really sure what would've happened. I thought things were getting better, as I haven't been mentally abused or threatened recently, but whenever I start to hope for the better stuff like this happens :3 thank you so much for listening to my vent.
