Indian Scout 22 recently had work done and had to go through an ABS Module Rebuild due to the rear brake having no pressure. The dealer reached out to Indian and got a good faith request approved but it’s just for the parts only. Dealer is putting all liability on me for the labor. Is it far fetched on me to request them to cut me a deal on labor? They are an Indian authorized dealer and service center. They sold me the motorcycle new and it already had a prior issue during warranty (ABS Sensor Fault). This new issue occurred less than a year after the warranty expired. The service center rep also told me this type of issue was rare and he’d only seen it occur once before. I’m already prepared to pay the amount I was just wondering about this possibility.
