I only remember one scene, as it was traumatic as a kid. This had to have been at least 7 years ago, and I watched it on TV, so it could have came out anytime before then. The scene starts with a woman approaching a small kid, maybe a toddler, who is on the floor, seemingly playing with toys. I believe the room is white, but that could just be my lack of memory on the exact details. The woman is approaching this child, seemingly in a good attitude as she sees the child is playing, but when she gets to the child she notices something off. She investigates further, and notices the child is messing with something bloody. It turns out to be intestines, or some internal organs. I believe the child was eating them. Afterwards, the camera point at the woman as she looks down and notices that these organs are coming from her body. She panics or something, and I immediately turned the movie off. Any ideas?
