I was having a game with my friend, and the title is my question. Is there an official ruling on if friendly fire affects your lunge roll? I think because the wording states "can only benefit from the Clear Shot and High Ground." That you would suffer from friendly fire. His point is that it would be a modifier, and because of the clear shot and high ground modifiers are the only ones listed, then those are the only modifiers.
