I am currently in the process of searching for a rental property and have come across two agencies—Sarah Kenny and Adobe Properties—managing some of the listings I'm interested in. Up until now, I have always rented directly from landlords and haven’t had any experience dealing with letting agencies.
I’m reaching out to see if anyone has worked with either of these agencies before and could share their experiences. Any insights into their professionalism, responsiveness, or general approach would be really helpful.
Additionally, I would appreciate any advice on what to watch out for or be cautious about when renting through an agency, especially since this is new territory for me. Are there particular clauses, fees, or procedures I should be aware of to avoid common pitfalls?
