Remember how I said something was coming and a re branding. And I got laughed at even tho I said my source was from corporate. And how I wanted corporate to do the right thing. And they didn't.

No announcement for raises, no email for plans to make the work locations cleaner and better (as some people stated, water stations, not being alone on long shifts, and places that dont have microwaves or fridges for employee, or worse, back door alarms not even working). Remember all the folks that didn't want to help and just told me to shut up. Well this what happened.
What the news didn't tell you is, they people making financial decisions decided NO.
THEY didn't know what bad it was. Now silent partners are pulling out and behind close door deals are being shut down. Investors are leaving. All because they didn't want to give a small amount of raises, a smidge better working environment.
And last but not least, they didn't want to stop with the BS "bonuses based on cheating the system and whoever cheats better gets bigger bonuses". ( ask a customer if the want a pro membership and explain why. If they say no. Oh well. There shouldn't be write ups or even a lecture from higher ups even if you dont sell a single pro for 2 months. No one has extra money for shit)
For all the negative people, you are spineless and stand for nothing, not even giving motivation, you suck. For the people that sent the proof, the details, the small amount of help. Thank you. Obviously, the place is going to fall apart and shut down by Q3 of 2027 (after the Pokémon craze stops at the end of this year and it is going to stop as gas and groceries go up 3x fold by the holidays) and we will need knew jobs. But guess what.... Another bad corp bites the dust. Like spirit and soon to be jet blue and Amazon right behind. Fight the good fight. Cancel Amazon. Never buy from it again. Change is slow and we might not witness it mostly, but your kids will be slightly better off.
For the people that understand, good on you. For the NPC low IQ people who still dont get it. Shame on you. Do better.
