I just got a letter saying in 2023 I need to pay back
Due to insurance fraud. I was on Medical and homeless at the time and needed help with mental issues and a tooth abscess. I ended up getting a job while on it and then I left California. Now it’s saying I owe $2200 and that’s fine I just want to know am I going to face legal charges?
