As the title says, I plan on building a new pc and want to start with the most expensive part. The GPU I want is the 5090 and is $3,899. If i go to their store and purchase it, will they be able to inspect it and run a diagnostic or stress test if I ask them to? Sorry if its doing too much but for $3800 I want to make sure itll work for good. Also I plan on getting the parts week by week and I dont want to finally build it 2 month later just to find out the GPU was doa.
