So I (19) have always had an almost perfect period cycle of 28 days since I got the at 11. A few years ago I started having excruciating cramps on the first day wich made doing anything impossible. After visiting my gynecologist she gave me medicine that soon hadn't any effect anymore, so I learned to time my pain with a big magnesium intake.

I am currently in a very stressful school year and have for different reasons some prolonged higher stress levels again. It's not new but it has never appeared like now.

My last period started over 36 days ago possibly up to 39 days. I had after two weeks spotting for the first time for about 5 day in total.

Since then my hormonal swings have been quite strong. I've felt no remorse insulting people I usually prefer to just ignore, I've had two panic attacks after six oaths in the same week, and I feel extremely tiered.

Two weeks ago My cramps started but stayed very soft like the ones before my period. My best freind has them usually at the same time as me and got them at that moment. I haven't have the regular cramps orany blood come out yet and am stressed.

Have any of you experienced it? If yes, what could it be? How did you deal with it? Can you try to resolve it yourself?

Just wanted to know if it happens to anyone else and how you deal with it.

So I haven't gotten panick attacks for about half a year but I had two (for me at least) major ones in the past month due to high stress.

Both a on a more silent side. I don't cry (as much) and I don't have respiratory issues like I used to. Now I just feel sad on hours without end for the last one and a deep burning anger towards a girl I know right now and have brain fog and spasms/strong twitching.

Both panick attacks are very related to a girl I hate because of whom I partly feel like uneasy in the third place where I used to pass my time when I couldn't stay at home. I can't completely cut her out yet but plan to for at least health reasons.

Guess I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone and if yes how you dealt with it.

have a good day
