What words do you use, to sort out a Supervisor “who gets up in your grill”. They start their speech with an aggressive blaming tone, instead of a query, or a story of why, they are asking the question. They demand eye contact, and will dance in front of you, to make you look at them, - when that is not something you are comfortable with, - and they then accuse you of not listening if you are not meeting their gaze. Everything !, is someone else’s fault, and regularly the words are heard when she is being pulled up for something by the boss - “it’s so annoying, - how many times do I need to tell them !” - so….. what is the Ace Card, that needs to be played..
