Been spotting for 15 days
Sorry about the long word vomit I tried to keep the paragraph s neat. If this breaks the rules let me know I can delete it.
8 days after my period I began spotting for 15 and counting days. At first it was light on and off but now it's been light but consistent, from light pink to bright red and dark red within the last few days. I've been getting cramps some requiring Tylenol.
I also have felt some sharp stinging or stabbing on my lower left side. Not super painful but definitely annoying. My bowel movements have been soft with slight constipation but I'm able to go soon after. And it's been everyday.
I usually have spotting between periods for a couple days at most around ovulation. Sometimes with cramping or uti like symptoms. My lower back was sore the other day as well.
My periods start out really light for 1 day then I have 3 days of heavy flow with cramps then it's starts to fizzle out the next 3 days sometimes I'll still have light blood a day or more after. But my period never goes for then 7 days including the light flow. I'm 23 btw, I'm not in birth control either.
Today specifically may 9, I had slightly heavier blood which I needed a pad for, but it seemed the same otherwise until I was eating lunch and got a sudden squigglys vision indicating a migraine which is basically when im typing this part. The squigglys went away but there is no head pain yet which is a little weird. But I usually get one or two days of migraine a month if not any.
I also sometimes get uti like symptoms including burning and lightning stabbing pain(not very often) but haven't so much lately. That started awhile ago (years) after what I thought was a UTI on a trip but then went away on its own, I couldn't pee at all and had pretty bad pain. I feel like I pee more frequently than others though. Not sure if it's related. It used to be pretty bad but I think my less stressful life has toned it down.
Does this seem normal or sound like endo? Has anyone had this happen before?
I made an appointment, but it's like a week or two out. Not sure what to expect I've never been to a gyno.
