7+ weeks since breast aug through the armpits, and my scars look… not so good imo.

I’m already applying silicone scar gel- treatment (Cicamed) every morning and night, but I’m feeling like there should be more I could do to improve them?

Besides giving it time and keeping away from the sun, what treatments do you recommend for me??
