Hello, I live in US, I always use Betterment debit card to withdraw money every time I travel internationally because they reimburse all the fees (international fees and ATM fees) and also they use mid-market rate. I read and researched about Revolut Metal plan for US customers, I still wonder if it’s worth it since I have Betterment checking account for travel ATM withdrawals. I don’t know if Revolut use the same exchange rate that they use for transfer and stuff (this rate is lower than mid market rate) or same mid market rate? For subscription, I most likely use NordVPN plus (I have NordVPN subscription already) from them. And I’m not sure if the international transfer from Revolut gives good rate overall compared to Wise, Remitly, Western Union,…? Because I’ll be in Japan for months and I need to transfer money from my US bank to Japan bank or even need to make some payments to people in Japan.
