I have been thinking about going no contact with my grandmother(on my mom's side) for the past year due to how she has treated my mother for her entire life. I have grown up watching how she treats my mom and my mother crying a lot as well as the fact that she tried to treat us like how she raised our mom but my mom shut that down. In the past couple years my mom has gotten therapy and tried multiple times to talk to my grandma to see what's wrong and take accountability but she has denied what happened 97% of the time. She also still tries to treat me like she does my mother which I am not okay with and have told her not to do. I'm mainly trying to figure out how to go about going no contact with her since the rest of my family still talk to her. I would appreciate suggestions
