Hi all! I purchased a Triumph T4 400cc variant on April 20th from Triumph Jubilee hills, Hyderabad.
Trouble 1:
When I came for the first service(today), the app showed someone else's name and details. Also the service person said that the bill/ invoice was generated in January therefore I've exceeded the 45 day limit for the first service. The sales person said it's a glitch that happened to many buyers due to some GST issues and the models being from 2025.
Trouble 2:
Also, they gave a voucher for 11.5K worth of accessories. But no parts were available in the Jubilee hills service centre. They called the Kompally service centre and they said they had the parts but when I went there(1 hour drive ) even they didn't have some parts.
I just installed the lower engine guard and tank and knee pads. But over time the lower engine guard has come loose (within a span of 600Kms)and my dad noticed it and told me. I assumed that the rattling noise was from the bunch of keys in the keychain. The service person told me that it comes as a set and they can't use random nuts and bolts. The people who installed it were hopping from bike to bike and were handing over to different guys saying "u finish it, I'll work on the other bike etc..." they had not installed the piece u see in the pic.
