For some reason I got a notification that my id is set to expire (I'm in NC and my id doesn't expire until 2031), I followed all of the in app directions to update it but I don't have a Drivers License option? Nor is there an option to update it in my documents, it's only to update my insurance. Support said they're going to escalate it but I'm really confused?
