New house. Air handler is in the center of the home. Builder ran condensate drain under slab, terminating it in the backyard as pictured.

Looking for advice on how to re-plumb this end to not look like garbage without compromising the function of the trap. Drain line starts ~2 feet above slab level for reference.

Also assuming critter ingress is not a concern here with it being a trap, but if I'm wrong please let me know.
