Im so dumb i did update the bios im my msi stealth 16 studio a13vg and i didn't know msi will remove the overclocking menus for undervolting(thx to intel) and i couldn't find any older version of the bios in the internet my current bios is 10F and i did try 10E also does have i need the stock one which is 10B

Can someone help me because my i7 13620h is fire hell😭
