Restaurant attire

Visiting in August on a celebratory trip with a Michelin foodie. My friend will probably be booking many fancy restaurants. My question is how do people dress?
And is it like in Switzerland that they put the heat so warm sometimes indoors that you prefer to wear a tank top?
I want to pack light, so I am wondering if I bring a nice sweater, a long sleeve or sleeveless top for restaurants?
The rest of my attire will be hiking and tshirt wear - so I don’t want to overstuff with city clothes.
Planning on wearing black jeans and non hiking black boots. Advice is welcome!

Help me understand the flavor profiles

I’m starting out my shou puer journey and so far I have tasted about 10 samples from YS.
I’m trying to understand the terminology so I can more consistently purchase what I like. I find that I like thick, viscous, earthy, sweet shou. I don’t like things that taste more floral and I strongly dislike anything astringent, or when it starts tasting drier like black tea.
Can anyone help me identify and understand what causes one taste vs another?

So far I have really enjoyed:
YS 2022 Cozy
YS 2022 Tiger Clan (my favorite - this is actually perfect and the flavor I am looking for)

I have really disliked:
YS Mang Fei mountain of Yong De Dragonballs (and other Mang Fei things)
YS 2023 Sanctuary.

I have tried others in between, but this is to give an idea if anyone is familiar with these.

Finding this puer lovely. I like the dark, thick mouthfeel, earthy/roasted puers. This one is medium in those categories, but I really like it.
Judging by my counter, is it time for a tea tray? Any recs. Something small to store and easy to clean.

I been on a nice tea journey with the help of r/tea and I have some teas that I will not be able to drink. Looking to donate/trade with someone local.

I am new to puer, but since I got the YS sampler I have left all of my sencha, gyokuro and matcha behind.
I can only have one cup of tea per day in the morning (that’s the amount of caffeine I tolerate) - and now I only choose puer. I wonder if I will ever go back.
