Never got an Unrooted cutting before but I find myself with 2…. I’m great at houseplants but not succulents… so any tips are welcome 🥰
I’ve potted them up into succulent soil and gave them a light water- they were fully callused but one came soft centred so not holding much hope for that one
As you can see; she is simply stunning 💖
And I paid only £4 for it because it looked dead and sad… so limpy…. But one thing I’ll always tell EVERYONEEE is never buy a maranta or calathea full price (unless you’re getting one as a gift…)
I’ve always picked mine up as rehab projects under £5….
And to be honest , I think I always will. 9/10 times they just need water, and people are way too quick to give up on these beautiful plants

I have a fascinator and a variegated one but never seen this one… she’s not lemon lime, she has this pattern like a network calathea on it… would love it if someone could identify thank you 🥰
But yeah I’ve never bought a calathea or maranta full price… always get them from clearance and they perk up with just some water 🤣🤣
Everyday when I come home from work he gets on my lap like a baby and waits for a licky treat and I’ve realised he comes home with stinkier dirtier paw beans than the day before 🤣🤣
God know what he gets up to in the 7hrs hes out… but he gets his paws wiped more than the dog
It just suddenly dawned on me I’ve been subconsciously adding rooting hormone to her water, since her root rot 🤣🤣
Meaning for past few months all her energy has gone into rooting not leaves…. Well she fenestrated regardless… let’s hope her growth explodes now Im stopping it but expecting the new leaf or two to be delayed , oops 🤣🤣🤣
