Question about quant setting for DAW vs quant setting for audio interface

I'm trying to understand this more clearly.

Kubuntu 25.10, generic kernel 6.17

'Ubuntu Studio Audio Configuration' installed and used to set quant and sample rate of 128 / 48000.

Using pipewire-jack (I discovered jackd is installed and I don't understand why because I thought these two were exclusive?)

Using Jack audio server setting in Reaper (which uses pipewire-jack) I am getting extremely good low latency. I haven't measured with a round trip connection yet.

2ms/2ms is reported by Reaper, I know this doesn't tell me much because there are other factors involved, but there's no audible latency when monitoring so it must be less than 5ms I figure.

pw-top shows the quant and sample rate for the Audient interface as set by Ubuntu Studio Audio Configuration at 128 / 48000.

Reaper quant is reported by pw-top as 1024.

Should I be setting Reaper quant to something lower when starting Reaper (using 'pw-jack reaper' with quant settings) or is this application level quant not really affecting anything?

When choosing Jack as the audio server in Reaper there are no options for buffer, periods etc (as there are when choosing ALSA), because Reaper assumes that config is coming from Jack.

Below is pw-top.

EDIT: SOLVED
I re-formatted the SD Card in my computer as exFAT, and now it is recognized by the phone.
My guess is that the new OS requires a newly formatted SD Card. Would be good if there was a pop-up telling us this or something.
I noticed in "Settings -> About Device -> Storage" the SD Card is no longer displayed. I suppose they have changed permissions and usage of SD Cards and that's probably why it needs to be re-formatted?

Original post below:

I only just updated to OxygenOS 13, I wish I didn't. Now I can't use my SD card.

Seems the old adage still applies: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

If I remove the SD card and re insert it shows up for a few seconds then 'ejects'.

I had no problems before the update.

I don't have apps on the SD card, just photos and music.
