Hello everyone! I'm looking for a liquid cooling system for my new 9800x3D processor. I've long since decided to buy the Arctic Freezer 240mm, but it's become much more expensive in my country and isn't as attractive anymore.
After browsing Reddit and watching YouTube, I found the Thermalright Aqua Elite 240 v6. Do you think it can handle the 9800x3D, or should I pay extra and go with the Arctic Freezer?
This is the computer I have now:
CASE: Jonsbo D32 pro
FANS: Arctic Cooling P12/slim
PC COOLER: Arctic freezer 36 black
CPU: RYZEN 7700 5.5Ghz
MOBO: MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI
SSD: Fanxiang S880 1tb
RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE 32gb cl30 HYNIX-ADIE
GPU: GIGABYTE RTX 5060 WINDFORCE MAX OC
PSU: 1STPLAYER NGDP 750W 80+Gold
I'll be changing the processor to a 9800x3D, the liquid cooling system, and the fans to Arctic P12 Max because my small case has slim P12 fans for airflow and the airflow isn't quite enough, and at RPMs above 900, it creates a terrible noise.
price in my country:
Thermalright Aqua Elite 240 v6 =50$
Arctic Freezer III pro 240 = 94$
Please keep in mind that I have a small case and not the most expensive fans (you can also recommend them)
Thanks in advance for your help and have a nice day!

p.s I anticipate questions about my video card in advance, but it was bought on sale for $230 and I don’t need a more powerful one since I only play CS2.
