How the hell do i use mco movesets with amr stance framework, its so damn confusing, how do i use amr framework in general cus theres pretty much no guides on it,

I saw a post bout having 102 mco movesets at once using framework and ive.been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how the stance frameworks works
