Modern Pre-Workouts Rec.
I used to basically snort my preworkout, but the ravages of wisdom over the years led me to stopping preworkout altogether. At the same time, my lifting frequency has dropped to once a week for the last few years.
I'm wondering if you fine denizens have a recommendation for a good pre that will give the the old school ants-in-my-butthole and fire in my veins feeling. I want a good panic attack or two, definitely some palpitations, and perhaps the post-pre diarrhea that I used to have before a big squat set.
Put me on the path to glory again
