This is a 12mm Samson Arborplex rope with a polyester jacket. I can't find anything in the RollNLock literature that says anything about his rope wouldn't work with the device. I've tested on other ropes and it seems to work just fine. Any thoughts on why this would be incompatible or do I have a defective RollNLock?
