Non academic query regarding health
Going to ask a very non academic question. How do I improve myself physically. I get short of breath while running, and my arms are a bit weak. I can do 10 pushups with lots of difficulty, and some of the pushups are not even full pushups. And can't even do one pullup. I have access to a gym, but no trainer, so any advice regarding going to the gym is welcome
So question to the physically fit aspirants, how do I actually better myself (I don't have any medical issue, I have got it checked. I am just unfit).
I know there are many videos on youtube about how to start running, how to do this and that, but I want practical approach from you guys.
