AFSB fresher at 24, little guidance would be helpful

Hi,

I have cleared my AFCAT with 135 marks and selected for both non-tech and tech branches. I am 24 years old and this is my first ever SSB that I am going for. I have cleared NDA and AFCAT exams earlier but couldn't go for SSB due to personal reasons. Atp I am very much without any hindrance and want to give it my best try. I have 3 months of time suggest from where should I start and how to make myself have the best chance.

(2 AFSB from 10th August)

I do have my other marksheets and a consolidated marksheet comprising the sem 1 and 2 marksheets. kindly tell me what to do now.. I will mail AFSB in the evening but I want to know if anyone has ever come across this situation before. pls help.

How is leg length actually measured in AFSB medicals?

I’m preparing for CDS right now and just got curious about how leg length is actually measured in Air Force medicals. I’ve read that the minimum requirement is around 99 cm, so I tried checking mine at home using different methods, but I’m getting mixed results. One method I tried was sitting with my back against a wall and legs stretched straight forward. I even took assistance from another person to push my heel to the extreme (like I’ve seen people mention online), trying to make sure my hips touch the wall properly for maximum extension, but even with that, my hips don’t fully touch the wall. In this position, the length from the wall to my heel comes out to around 105 cm. However, when I measure in other ways like lying down or in a more relaxed position, it comes around 97 to 98 cm. So now I’m confused about what’s actually accurate. Can anyone who has gone through AFSB medicals or knows the proper procedure explain how exactly leg length is measured, whether they actually push the heel to ensure full extension, and which method is closest to what they do officially? Just trying to understand the correct method
