i have an account which i forgot the password, i remember the email but the email was deactivated from yahoo, and there is no phone number on that account, also the old device that has the account was broken

i'm always asleep early around 9 to 11, but at the same time i also always wake up early around 1-3, and it's been going on for around two weeks. google said it's something about pancreas, diabetes, and other things. but at the same time I don't have any sign of those things other than mouth breathing
