I (35m) haven't been to a dentist in about 12 years (navy). For context, I used to smoke cigarettes, probably about 10 years. Quit smoking about 7 years ago. Now I vape nicotine via a juul. I've kept up with brushing most of my life but didn't start flossing until I was in my mid twenties (it freaked me out). I noticed a small spot on one of the two fronts some years ago, but I don't remember the spot being this big. And now there's two. What should I do?
