This AAdvantage Gold Warrior Just Got a First Class Upgrade - Dreams Really Do Come True!!!

A319 from PHL to ATL. I’m a new grad who tried to get really autistic about min-maxing their credit card value.

I got the Platinum Select World Elite Mastercard during my last year of college and put as many group purchases/dinners/trips/rent as I could to hurl myself towards Gold status (barely, I filled out so many surveys). I straight up fell to the ground when I got the notification that my upgrade was confirmed last night.

This may be a random, short-haul domestic flight on a Wednesday night, but this also means I’m the first in my entire bloodline to fly first class!!!

I am savoring every sip of complimentary sparkling wine and every bite of Kettle Chips as I play Tomodachi Life in seat 1A. I never thought I’d be able to fly first class in my lifetime (because I have asian frugality instilled in me) so this is straight up the best day ever!!!

If you are a middle class AAdvantage Gold Warrior like me, never lose hope, dreams really do come true :D

Forgot my Injection and Just Left for Vacation on my injection day - will be 13 day gap in between last shot

I am on the .25 injection and have been for the past few months.

I’m debating between either a) spending $299 to get an emergency refill at the pharmacy at my destination or b) thugging it out.

I’m going to be working at a convention and will be walking a LOT. I’m mostly nervous about side effects or what happens if I go back on it. My doctor is also really hard to get ahold of and I’m just not sure what I should do! Any advice would be appreciated.

Prudential Center - Don’t Bring Your DS

I googled on Reddit before the event. People said it would be fine. It wasn’t. My group of friends brought DSs to streetpass with other people and we were forced to check our bag. They are very strict on the “no electronics” policy.

Now I have to leave the venue early to get it since there’s only a manual bag check service and I have an early train home. Soured my night. Posting for any future attendees to not risk it or come up with plans beforehand.

Has anyone been able to find Busch Light Apple (Bapple) in Philly/CC Area? Any grocers that carry it? I've been on the hunt for about a week now with no luck.

I know it's kind of a shit beer but I like it. It's good.
