Happy to talk technique if anyone has questions, thread choice, density, push-pull compensation, underlay, backing. Whatever.

Meet Chicken Bones. Hand drew and embroidered in my Denver Studio.

His name is Chicken Bones. The dreadlocks are gold metallic thread, the skull is standard white, with black metallic threads. Machine embroidered. Art to Garment. So fun!

Faceless magician with a floating mask. Embroidered surrealism

Original piece. A character I designed named 'Wa La'. I stitched her onto a sweatshirt at our studio in Denver. Wa La is faceless, with a mask floating where her face should be. The sword looks like it's popping out at you which I thought was kinda trippy. Machine embroidered with metallic and standard threads on black cotton. The lavender and pink colors wasn't really planned at first, but it ended up giving the whole piece a dreamlike feel I wasn't expecting.
