Best Labs, Tests for STI screening

Please suggest me the best tests to screen for STIs. I looked up some tests online and found the "STD panel test" at Aster Labs. Is that test more than enough or should I add more tests?

The STD panel at Aster Labs has the tests listed in the attachment. It doesn't include Rapid Plasma Reagin and Hepatitis tests. Are there tests which include these too?

I've only done an HIV screening (antigen and antibody) in the past. Please guide me on what is to be done.

The labs and the tests should be trustworthy.

I'm looking for good, hygienic, spacious and well-maintained gyms in Tripunithura. It'd be great if the on-floor trainers are actually available for guidance, as in they're there for you and are not indifferent.

I contacted Habitat Fitness near vadakkekota metro station. I've heard that it's a good gym. I would like your reviews about this gym and suggestions for better ones that you know. The only thing is without opting for a personal trainer, the on-floor trainer should at least be available for consultation during workouts. I'm a beginner at all this so it would be better if it's a beginner friendly gym.
