I have a 4 bedroom home. it’s a 2 story house with a backyard.
I live in one bedroom. I am hoping to find a roommate or roommates looking for a place with 3 available bedrooms.
I am a 31 year old woman that is finishing her second bachelors degree.
the rooms have air conditioning,
there is a washer and dryer in the basement. The rooms can come furnished with twin size bed.
the living room is an open space that is unfurnished. There is a kitchen table in the dining room.
I live in the 4th bedroom.
I'm hoping to find someone that wants 3 rooms.
each small room I am renting out for 1250 separately
the medium room is for 1350
if you want the medium room and the small room as a home office I’d give it at 2350
